Student Artwork
High School
While going through my IPTI program, I completed my Field Experience hours in a high school setting, working with students grades 9-12. During this time, I focused on active participation for multiple projects, including 1x1 help with students. In the Elements of Art class, this included color theory animal paintings and learning how to shade objects in space. I also led a lesson in drawing self-portraits from a photo reference using a grid. In the Drawing and Design classes, we focused on charcoal self-portraits and shading different objects, such as metal and glass.

Elementary - Middle School
I taught private art classes, summer camps, and led small group lessons at the Richfield Art Studio. The artworks below are from students ages 8-12 while we focused on drawing and shading from photo references. Students worked on these drawings after learning about shading methods.
